“Sydney Higgins leads the cast with a pitch perfect portrayal of King by showcasing a surprising vocal vulnerability that draws audiences in and keeps them wanting more. This is no small feat given the role requires almost constant signing for two and a half hours.

— Willie Caldwell, LEAGUE OF CINCINNATI THEATRES

“Sydney Higgins’ performance as Carole King came through as being authentic and vulnerable at times. She has a voice that can soar and her take on “(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman” should not be overlooked.
